Refund Policy

We offer a “No Frowns, Just Refunds” policy. If for some reason you no longer need our services, no worries! We've got your back. (For corporate plans, please refer to the contract or email us.)

We will be able to grant you a full refund if:

  • You're charged for the next month's service but canceled within the 7-day leeway. (eg. if your billing cycle is on the 1st day of each month, you are given until the 8th to cancel for a full refund)
  • You stopped using the site, but you discovered that you're still incurring charges because you forgot to cancel. (maximum of 3 months)

We will be able to grant you a partial refund if:

  • You've switched or opted to an annual subscription but ended up not needing our services before your annual subscription ends (eg. you have only used it for 6 months = remaining months would be refunded)

We won't be able to grant you a refund if:

  • You've forgotten to feed the Yeti. (He's always hungry!)

Limitations: If your account is deactivated because you violated our Terms of Service or any other policy, we may decide to refund you for any services you haven't used yet. However, we also have the right to not refund you if we believe that deactivating your account was the right decision based on the violation. Any refund decisions will follow our internal rules and will be final.

Changes to Refund Policy: We may update our refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately once we post the updated policy on our website. By continuing to use our services after we post any changes, you agree to the updated policy. It is your responsibility to review this refund policy periodically for any updates or changes.
